Your installation, wherever you are
Every synapsus tablet links up to a secure synapsus server. The owner, the installer and the manufacturer find the installation on a simple website, from a computer, tablet or phone, with no app to install.

The tablet's home screen, its tiles and colours, live: temperatures, setpoints, functions running, heat pump status, alarms, and the graphs of the last few days.
Remote commands
On/off, setpoints, heat pump unlocking: the same access levels as on site. Each command is checked and then confirmed by the tablet, and recorded in its log.
Remote takeover
The installer sees the tablet's screen and adjusts it as if on site, without travelling. The tablet switches its screen on and records the takeover in its log.
E-mail alerts
Confirmed alarm, heat pump locked out, sensor fault, tablet offline: everyone is notified, and can turn off the alerts they do not wish to receive.
The owner decides
The owner pairs the tablet using a code shown on its screen, invites the installer by e-mail, sees who has access and can withdraw that access. Installers share their installations with their technicians.
Security first
Encrypted connection, a dedicated account for each tablet created automatically, console sign-in with a code sent by e-mail, rights checked by the server and by the tablet.
No port needs to be opened at the customer's premises: the tablet connects by itself, over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or 4G. Without a connection, control carries on exactly as before.
What you need to know
Is Internet needed for the installation to work?
No. All the control, including the AI, runs on the tablet. synapsus connect adds remote access; it does not replace anything.
How do I sign in to the console?
With your e-mail address: a 6-digit code arrives by e-mail, so there is no password to remember. The account is created at the first sign-in.
How do I add my installation?
On the tablet, Internet tile: "Pairing code". In the console: "Ajouter une installation" (Add an installation) with this code, valid for 10 minutes.
Who can act on my installation?
Only the people the owner has authorised, each with their own access level, just as on the tablet. Remote takeover is reserved for installers.
What happens if the connection drops?
The tablet reconnects by itself as soon as the network is back. After 30 minutes, an alert notifies those who monitor the installation.
Is a particular Internet box or router required?
No. An ordinary Internet connection is enough; no router settings need to be changed.
